Stephanie Duran began her very interesting life in the government suburbs of Washington D.C. As a young girl, she found her strength in art and discipline, training for years as a competitive figure skater and eventually training at Indiana University to become a world-touring musical theatre actress. From these roots, she has grounded her life in focus and commitment.
She came to Santa Fe, New Mexico from New York City in 1995, left to do another national Broadway tour and could not get Santa Fe out of her mind or soul. She returned to Santa Fe in 1996 and has never looked back. Now with 2 beautiful sons, Noah, 8 and Adam, 5, her life has never been more rewarding. She is an active member of Noah’s PTA and coaches soccer every year.
She has been in real estate for the past 6 1⁄2 years and has found a home at Barker Realty. Stephanie treats her real estate business with the same passion and focus that she nurtured as a child. They also are firm believers in open houses. Each year they sell approximately 10 % of their listings at open houses. A Seller listing with Stephanie never has to worry if his/her property is being pushed. It is innate in Stephanie’s character to push.

Jill was born and raised in Santa Fe and is a graduate of Santa Fe High School. She then moved to the Pacific Northwest where she attended Pacific University earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
Excited to return to her hometown, Jill began a career in the hospitality field and continued her life long passion for skiing as a coach of the Santa Fe Ski team. In addition, she coached the Santa Fe select women’s soccer team as well as the teams of Santa Fe and Capital high schools.
As a parent, she understands the benefit of strong community ties, and her family takes full advantage of the abundance of activities that Santa Fe has to offer. Jill’s background in the hospitality industry, her strong ties to the community both as a native Santa Fean, a parent and her involvement in team sports, makes her a natural in the business of real estate.
